Brandon is a Certified Residential Appraiser. He has extensive appraisal experience working with the Georgia Department of Transportation appraising and purchasing property. Brandon brings many hours of experience in appraising.

Send a request

Send a request to the appraiser with what you are wanting to have appraised. Please provide as much detail as possible so that he will have the correct information when he reaches out to you. 

Schedule an appointment

The appraiser will reach out to confirm a date and time that will work for you and get it scheduled. This will involve a meeting in person to confirm needs.

Approve estimate

An estimate for the total cost of the job will be provided along with an example of what the report will look like once completed. Once approved, the appraiser will begin working on your project.

Appraisal Completion

The appraiser will work to get your appraisal completed on-time based on the quoted timeframe during the initial consultation. Once the invoice is paid in full, you will be provided an email with your appraisal attached.
